Ordering, Shipping, & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Because our products are made to order by Lively Printing Company, changes or cancellations may be difficult once an order is in process. Please contact us as soon as possible at livelyprintingcompany@gmail.com if you need to request a change or cancellation, and we will do our best to assist you.

Who handles the shipping of my order?

Our partner, Lively Printing Company, handles the fulfillment and shipping of all apparel orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production and shipping times can vary.

  • Production Time: Since items are made to order by Lively Printing Company, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be created and shipped.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. You will typically receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your return/exchange policy?

As a non-profit organization with products made to order by Lively Printing Company, our ability to accept returns or exchanges is limited.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at livelyprintingcompany@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item.
